firstPRO is seeking for a Search Engine Engineer to join our client’s team who is located in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time position and is asking to be onsite 2-3 days a week. Our client is looking for someone who has a deeper understanding of B2B digital marketing experience.
Required skills:
- 7+ years of search marketing experience with a strong B2B focus; finance experience is a plus.
- Proven success in technical and on-page SEO, paid search management, and CRO principles.
Expertise in leading and developing teams in search marketing and CRO.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Brightedge, and Conductor.
- Strong ability to use data insights for strategy optimization and decision-making.
- Understanding of generative AI search trends and their impact on strategies.
Located near Wilmington, DE, with availability for in-office work 2–3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated SEO, PPC, and CRO strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize search engine performance.
- Oversee on-page and technical SEO, implementing best practices to improve organic visibility across traditional and AI-enhanced search engines. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align content strategies with SEO goals.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking. Ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Lead CRO efforts to enhance website user experience, engagement, and conversion rates through testing and iterative improvements.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of SEO, PPC, and CRO specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Use advanced analytics tools to monitor performance, interpret data, and refine strategies. Present actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including generative AI search developments, adapting strategies to capture opportunities in the evolving digital landscape.
